About The Director
Monique Malabet has been a licensed Realtor® for over 10 years. In this period, she has won many top producers. This year, Ms. Malabet received a 2024 GCAAR Bronze Top Producer Agent Recognition Award, 2023 Growth Partner of the Year Award in DC, 2023, 2023 #1 Regional Growth Partner of the Year Award at KWCP, 2022 GCAAR Top Producer Recognition Award, Homesnap Top 25% Agent Award for the first half of 2022. From 2020-2021, she was the Team Lead at EXIT Millennium Realty where she recruited, trained, and mentored other Real Estate Agents. Actually, won the Certificate Award of Excellence for Exit Millennium Realty in May 2022 for the recognition of Top Ten Agent Sponsoring/Recruiting Agents Franchisee for 2021 at the Exit Mid-Atlantic Annual Regional Awards. Monique is a Broker, award winning Realtor® in the DMV, Public Speaker, regional award winning Growth Strategist Partner, and Business Funder. An ARELLO-Certified Instructor and Certified Distance Education Instructor, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Buffini Certified Mentor, MD Residential Property Management Certified, and a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). She is a graduate from Hampton University, where she graduated with honors. Currently, she is enrolled at Georgetown University pursuing her Master’s Degree of Professional Studies in Real Estate.
