● DC Fair Housing (3 mandatory hours)
● DC Property Management (3 mandatory hours)

Classes run weekly every Monday @5:00 pm

Classes run weekly every Tuesday @5:00 pm

Classes run weekly every Friday @10:00 am & 1:00 pm

To begin the reciprocity process for DC, MD, & VA REALTORS® must:

• Take the 3-hour DC Fair Housing Course and 3-hour DC Property Management Course
• Obtain an original DPOR Certificate of Licensure
• Take the DC state portion of the Salesperson or Broker Exam

Required: 6 Mandatory hours
